Chief Executive Officer
James Goodman has served at the helm of Genesis Networks since he founded the company in 2001 and is the driving force behind Genesis’ direction and growth. Mr. Goodman has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries with more than half of his tenure spent creating and growing two successful companies from the ground up.
Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Goodman held executive positions with Harvard Manufacturing and Bell Atlantic.
Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University
Vice President, Sales
Steve Seago serves as the Vice President of Sales for the company. He is responsible for all client related functions, including new customer acquisition, account management, strategic product and/or program development, marketing and overall client satisfaction. These responsibilities cover all aspects of Genesis-ATC’s business, including value-added resale, forward and reverse logistics services and field services.
Prior to joining Genesis-ATC, Mr. Seago held various positions in technology sales and client engagement from real estate related data services to telecommunications. He has gained broad experience from a series of management and executive assignments.
Mr. Seago lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and children and is an avid supporter of Texas Tech University where he attended college. He is active in the local community serving on various charitable committees including the Boy Scouts of America.
AVP of Field Services
Shane is AVP of Field Services at Genesis-ATC. Shane’s overall responsibilities include Program/Project Management of product deployment and professional services in relation to all field service opportunities company wide.
A telecommunications professional with 13+ years of experience in the industry and in customer service, Shane’s telecom career began at Harvard Technologies of Austin, Texas. There he maintained a position of Control Center Manager in which he managed all field service operations.
In 2000, Shane joined Goodman Networks, a $40M+ services company as Director of Field Services where he helped provide turnkey EFI and upgrade services to all end customer accounts.
Shane joined Genesis Networks (now Genesis-ATC) in September 2004 as Director of Program Management. Under this position his responsibilities included schedule and resource management of complex projects, introductions of new, major technologies, and meeting customer expectations in all areas of customer service and support.
